Ramadan Day 5 ✨🌙 Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup

1. Cut the kataifi into small pieces. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the kataifi and toast until golden brown (about 8-10 minutes stirring constantly).
2. Transfer in to a bowl, add in the pistachio cream, tahini and mix well.
3. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave- break the chocolate into small pieces, place it in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat it in short bursts (like 30 seconds at a time), stirring well between each interval, until completely melted.
5. Assemble the cups- first the strawberries, then add a thin layer of melted chocolate, Add a layer of the kataifi filling on top of the strawberries and chocolate. Repeat the layers of strawberries, melted chocolate and kataifi filling until the cups are filled. Top off the cups with fresh strawberries and enjoy!
